Train alongside friends or teammates in a small group setting. Each person follows their personalized program while benefiting from a motivating group environment and expert guidance. This program offers an online fitness program and a 1-hour in-person training session for two people.

           ON-SITE ATHLETE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING - $100

 

​Performance-based training for youth and competitive athletes. Build strength, power, speed, and agility with sport-specific programming that helps reduce injury risk and maximize game-day performance. This program offers an individualized fitness program per athlete and a 1-hour in-person training session that is hosted at your team's training facility.​

Receive a customized nutrition plan aligned with your goals, lifestyle, and dietary needs—whether that’s weight loss, muscle gain, improved energy, or athletic performance. This package includes a 15-minute consultation, a detailed intake assessment, your personalized nutrition plan, and one 15-minute check-in for adjustments and support.
